Arkansas State University-Beebe Singers to perform in yuletide Madrigal Feast

BEEBE –The Arkansas State University-Beebe Singers will celebrate the coming holiday season with the color and pageantry of their Yuletide Madrigal Feast Thursday, Dec. 14, through Saturday, Dec. 16.

All the regal and ceremonial pomp of Merrie Olde England will be brought to life in the Heber Springs Baptist Church on Thursday, Dec. 14, at 6:30 p.m. and in the University Café on the Beebe campus, Friday, Dec. 15 and Saturday, Dec. 16 at 7 p.m.

The evening will begin with wassail, followed by an elegant feast served with all the pomp and grandeur befitting such a festive occasion at a cost of $17.50 per person.

Musical and variety entertainment will accent each course of the magnificent feast, with fair ladies and gentlemen, a court jester and general merriment.
